A Study of the Buell Early Childhood Leadership Program’s Learning Design Principles: Creating Inclusive and Equitable Leadership within Cohort and Community Contexts

A recent program study inspired our understanding of how the BECLP framework to teaching and learning brings to life a set of newly discovered leadership learning design principles and in what ways they are experienced and expressed in the Fellow’s learning processes and application in context. Our recent presentations about our study engaged in participatory and interactive digital pedagogy as experienced by current fellows in the program, shared the learning design principles, and the journey of ongoing successes and challenges in regard to inclusive practices.
